The Code is administered by the Code Compliance Committee, an independent committee established to monitors and oversee compliance with the Code. Their purpose is to ensure that we as subscribers of the Code meet consistent and high-quality service standards are maintained for the benefit of customers.
They do this by monitoring Code compliance, engaging with stakeholders and analysing the financial services environment.
