Customer Service is key

Our team delivers outstanding service and will go the extra distance to help members. No Call Centre at FSCU, our friendly staff are here to help you. Located near the fire station in Chancery Lane, our office embodies our dedication to serving emergency services employees and their families. We proactively cater to our members’ needs, often reaching out with a personal phone call if there’s an issue with a payment or transaction.

Member Owned
You are more than a member, you are a part owner of FSCU.
A Sense of Community
Fire Service Credit Union began in 1972 as a way for firefighters to help each other financially. That original purpose – firefighters helping each other – has changed very little over the years. Today, FSCU membership is still exclusively for Emergency Services employees and their families, meaning your job gives you special access to a unique way of banking.
Rates that help you get ahead
Profits made by the credit union are returned back to members in the form of reduced fees, higher savings rates and competitive loan rates.
