What happens to my Digital wallet?
(Apple Pay or Google Pay)
If your physical card is locked, your digital card will be locked too. You will need to update your digital wallet once you received your new card.
Notify us immediately
In the event of a lost or stolen debit card, the fastest way to take action is through the FSCU Smartphone App. Once reported, we’ll promptly cancel the card.
If you’re unable to use the FSCU App or online banking simply give us a call, and our team will guide you through both options, explain the card replacement procedure, and provide further details about Card Controls.
Order your replacement card
To order your replacement card you’ll need to call us or visit us at 22 Chancery Lane, Adelaide during business hours (particularly if you report your card outside of business hours by calling the afterhours line). It’s important to note that we don’t automatically replace your card without hearing from you, as we need to follow a few security checks and confirm your postal address
Direct Debits
If you have any direct debits setup on your debit card you will need to contact the merchant and update them with your new card details
